Dumpling Sauce

This dumpling sauce is similar to the Chinese version you might pair with xiaolongbao or potstickers, but a tad sweeter thanks to the sweet soy sauce and with a bit more of a spicy and garlicky kick. If you’ve ever had my grandma’s khanom jeeb (or dumplings) at International Market, this is the sauce that accompanies those perfect parcels.
