Mom’s Chicken Wontons

For Asian American kids, and people foraying into Thai food for the first time, the chicken wonton is kind of our version of the chicken nugget. This was a very introductory dish for a lot of people’s children when they were first coming out to International Market. Because it’s such a crowd-pleaser, my mom would always prepare these for school functions, birthday parties, and fundraisers. I even remember one summer when there was a food festival our family participated in. While all the ot
