You may notice I have a flair for what I’m calling Thai-Talian cuisine—Italian dishes with Thai sensibilities. Thai-Talian also extends to dessert. I’ve noticed at the restaurant that people love espresso martinis at any time of a day. They’re great at lunch, at dinner, as an aperitif, or as a digestif.
