A simple but delicious luncheon dish. Ask the fishmonger to remove the head and backbones from the fish.
Place the fish flat on a cutting board, skin side down. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the remaining ingredients together in a bowl. Brush the fish generously on one side with half of the mixture.
