Ingredients

  • 4 large John Dory fillets or 8 small fillets (skin off)

Method

Mix together the ingredients for the marinade and spoon over the fish. Leave the fish covered, to marinate, in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Brush a shallow baking sheet with some of the melted butter. Mix the remainder with the brioche crumbs.

Remove the fish from the marinade. You do not need to reserve the marinade. Place the fillets in one layer on the baking sheet and sprin
