Ingredients

  • 500 g (1 lb) white radish, cleaned
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice

Method

Grasp the radish in one hand and a vegetable peeler in the other hand. Twist the radish around clockwise and then proceed to take long shavings from the radish, turning it continually until the radish is reduced to a pile of shavings.
