A decorative way to serve
Butter 6-8 cup-sized dariole moulds.
Trim the broccoli into small, 3 cm (1¼ in.) florets and cook in boiling salted water for 6-8 minutes, or until tender. Drain and cool under cold running water. Pat dry the cold broccoli with paper towels (absorbent kitchen paper).
