Strawberries and Mango with Galliano

  • 2 cups (405 g/13 oz) small strawberries

Method

Hull and halve the strawberries. Toss the strawberries with the caster (superfine) sugar and orange juice and leave to macerate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Cut the mangoes in half and deseed them. Skin the halves and cut the flesh into long strips. Toss with the Galliano and leave to macerate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
