Cooking steaks for 6-8 people at home can be very difficult, as the stove is not usually big enough to cook them all at the same time. My solution is to cook the meat as one piece and then slice it like a roast. Using this method you can also cook the vegetables with the beef, making life a lot easier and at the same time creating a more interesting dish.
