Mix together the marinade ingredients. Place the pork chops in an oval casserole or other suitable dish and cover with the marinade. Set aside in the refrigerator for 12 hours, turning the meat three or four times during this time.
Drain the chops and season with salt and pepper. Under a preheated moderately hot griller (broiler) (190°C/375°F), cook the chops until golden and well done,
