  • 18 chicken drumsticks
  • 3 tablespoons plain (all-purpose) flour
  • 1 teaspoon

Method

Place the flour, peppers and salt in a large paper bag and mix them together. Place the chicken drumsticks in the bag, hold the bag closed, and toss the drumsticks around in the seasonings until they are thoroughly dusted with the mixture. Remove the chicken legs from the bag, leaving any excess seasoning in the bag.
