A simple, inexpensive dish that can be prepared for the family in half an hour.
Melt the butter in a frying pan or skillet and sauté the chicken pieces on all sides for 8 minutes or until a golden colour. Add the shallots, cooking for 1 more minute before swirling in the vinegar and adding the bouquet garni. Cover the pan and cook over a medium heat for 10 minutes. Remove the chicken from the pan and keep warm.
