Ingredients

  • 500 g (1 lb) cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons white granulated sugar

Method

Beat the cream cheese and sugar with a wooden spoon until pliable and creamy. In a separate bowl, beat the egg yolks, vanilla and 3 tablespoons of sugar until light and fluffy.

In another bowl, beat the egg whites and gradually add the remaining 3 tablespoons of sugar until the mixture forms soft peaks.

Fold the egg yolks into the softened cheese, then add the whisked whites.
