These tasty rolls are delicious and nutritious, and perfect for children’s lunches and picnics.
Mix together all the stuffing ingredients in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Cut the tops off the rosetta rolls (higher up than halfway), remove any soft bread and line the inside of the rolls with the prosciutto (Parma ham). Fill the rolls with the stuffing mixture so that it is slightly heaped, press the tops on top of the filling and wrap loosely in aluminium kitchen foil. Do not use
