  • 400 g (13 oz) cèpes (porcini mushrooms) or field mushrooms, diced

Method

To cook the cèpes

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan or skillet, add the cèpes (porcini mushrooms) and shuffle in the pan over a high heat until they have wilted (approximately 5 minutes).
