Spaghetti al aglio e pepperoni is my favourite quick pasta dish. Serve with tomato and basil salad.

Ingredients

  • 600 g ( lbs) spaghetti
  • pinch of salt
  • ½

Method

To make the sauce

Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over a low heat and cook the garlic for 3 minutes, without browning it. Add the chili peppers and cook for 1 minute. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir briskly over a high heat for 1 minute.
