Method

Place the butter and water in a large saucepan and over a medium heat bring the mixture to the boil. When the butter has dissolved, remove the saucepan from the heat and add the flour. Return the saucepan to a low heat and stir quickly for 2 minutes using a wooden spoon. Do not let the mixture dry out too much at this stage.
