Method

Cream butter, vanilla and sugar as in the Shortbread recipe (above). Add walnuts and fold in the flour. On a lightly greased baking sheet, place well-spaced teaspoonfuls of the mixture and bake in a preheated oven (160°C/315°F) for 15 minutes, or until p
