Mix together almond meal, sugar and flour. Melt the butter with the glucose in a saucepan over a medium heat. Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the grated rind and orange juice. Cool the mixture and then add it to the dry ingredients. Mix well and refrigerate. The mixture will keep well for a week.
