  • 8 chicken breasts

Method

Remove and discard the skin from the chicken breasts.

Mix together the marinade ingredients and add the chicken. Leave the chicken to marinate overnight.

Grill the breasts over a low fire for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally and basting with the marinade.
