  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons squid ink
  • 2 teaspoons olive oi

Method

Blend the eggs, squid ink and oil in a food processor, then add flour and salt and blend until the dough forms a ball. Wrap in plastic film and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Cut the dough into four pieces, then flatten by hand or with a rolling pin. Pass each piece of dough through the rollers of a pasta machine, starting on the widest setting and working your way through each setting until y
