Ingredients

  • 10 small dried chillies, soaked and drained
  • 5 small yellow or orange chillies
  • 8 cloves

Method

Pound the chillies and garlic with the salt in a mortar and pestle until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and pound until the paste is smooth. Keeps for 3 days in the refrigerator.
