Ginger Vinaigrette

Name: Ginger Vinaigrette
Yield: Makes 200 ml
Ingredients: sea salt and freshly ground black pepper; few drops of Tabasco sauce; 20 ml rice vinegar; 50 ml Ginger Juice; 50 ml fresh lime juice, strained; sea salt and freshly ground black pepper; 60 ml fruity extra virgin olive oil; 2 teaspoons vegetable oil; 2 teaspoons mirin; 2 teaspoons fish sauce; ½ teaspoon black sesame seeds; 2 teaspoons minced red shallot; ½ teaspoon Roasted Garlic Paste
