Ingredients

  • 50 ml coconut vinegar
  • 15 ml fresh lime juice, strained

Method

Mix together the vinegar, lime juice, fish sauce, sesame oil, rice wine and sugar syrup, then pour over the carrot strips to cover. Store in the refrigerator for up to a month. Strain the carrot from its liquid before using.
