  • 125 ml fresh lime juice, strained
  • 45 ml fish sauce
  • 25 m

Method

Mix the lime juice, fish sauce and sugar syrup together. Pour over the cucumber and leave to pickle for 4 hours before using. This pickle is best used the day it is made. Strain the cucumber from its liquid before using.
