Ingredients

  • 10 g butter
  • 2 golden delicious apples, each cut into eight slices
  • 125 g

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C and butter a baking dish. Place the apple slices in the dish in a single layer. Combine the sugar and water in a saucepan and cook until it forms a caramel. Stir in the golden syrup and Calvados then pour over the apples.
