  • 2 knobs turmeric, minced

Method

Put the turmeric in a food processor with just enough cold water to wet it. Blend for a minute or two until crushed and pulpy, then press through a fine mesh sieve to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the solids. Transfer to a jar and keep in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
