We have a tradition at our beach house (aka The Love Shack) of long Sunday lunches a few times a year when we want to catch up with some dear friends. As there is always a large gaggle of them, we cook up a huge paella. I have two versions depending on who’s coming – a seafood-based one for those who shun meat, and one with chicken and chorizo for those who don’t eat seafood.
