Orange Fantasy

Oranges in different textures is the best way to describe this offering. Using the same ingredient in different ways allowed me to explore the possibilities and see how they could be translated onto the plate. Even though each component can be served by itself, I like how they come together to create a symphony for the palate. There are seven components: each one is made in miniature (petit-four size), using different orange varieties and assembled on the same plate, resulting in a spectacu
