Baked oysters have a special place in my heart—they are truly delicious. This baked oyster is my favourite. The miso glistens and the crunchy breadcrumbs are the perfect finishing texture, packed with flavour.
I plate this on a bed of coarse sea salt with some wild herbs or lettuce. Crumpled parchment paper will also work in a pinch.
