This little bowl of heaven is a riff on a classic wonton soup, hence the name “Broke Down.” There are scallop-stuffed wontons, lots of peanuts, and green onions, and the broth is so flavourful you could drink it on its own. This soup is packed with umami and crunch, and it’s almost too tasty. It’s super easy to build big bold flavour quickly, and this soup is the mascot of that very thought.
