This sandwich is bad to the bone and crazy good. The halibut is the perfect meaty texture to be fried like the Colonel’s chicken, and once dredged through spices and chili oil, the halibut gets a new identity. The dill pickle potato chip crust gives the halibut unbelievable crunch, and the spice is quickly cooled off with fresh crunchy slaw. The pickles give the whole experience attitude.

This sandwich is unapologetically delicious and mind-bendingly satisfying. Serve it with a box
