Eating calamari at a pub or restaurant is the perfect snack. Just think of it . . . you can eat it with your fingers, it’s a super crispy and a great vessel for delicious dips, plus it only takes minutes to prepare. My version has a crazy salt and vinegar potato chip crust that will have you dipping and licking your fingers.
