This is a proper low-carb stir fry that will satisfy your noodle craving. Juicy marinated beef, blistered snap peas, and my absolute favorite, store-bought shirataki noodles.
Marinate the steak by cutting it into ¼-inch strips and placing in a bowl. Cover with ¼ cup of the garlic aminos and leave at room temperature.
You must cook the excess moisture out of the shirataki noodles. Otherwise they will water down any recipe you use them for.
