Everyone loves a bottle of sweet chili sauce from the grocery store, but have you looked at the ingredients? High fructose corn syrup, cane sugar, and other nasty stuff I don’t want you putting in your body. Make my homemade version of this sauce and drizzle it all over these juicy shrimp cakes.
Make the shrimp cakes by adding the shrimp to a blender or food processor along with ½ cup of mayonnaise, 1½ teaspoons of salt, and a few cracks of pepper. Blend until fairly smooth, but still a bit chunky monkey.
