  • About

This is my go-to lunch during busy weekdays. It’s called lazy because you just dump, stir, and voila, it’s done! But this tuna salad is made with some of the best ingredients you can buy and is way better than any pre-made version from the deli counter.

Ingredients

  • Two 5-ounce tins of chunk light/skipjack tuna packed in water
  • ½ cup avocado

Method

Drain the tuna well and add to a large bowl with the remaining ingredients, ¼ teaspoon salt, and a few cracks of pepper. Mix very well and check for seasoning. You may need a touch more mayonnaise. Don’t forget my favorite part of the celery—the leaves! Finely chop and add to the salad. This tuna salad gets even better the next day!
