Taking the lobster out of the shell means you can easily skewer the meat for an insanely quick cook, juicy flavor, and fun presentation. The skewers are cooked using the three-zone cooking method on an enclosed grill. This helps keep the lobsters from overcooking because they won’t be over direct heat. They will cook quickly, though. Watch for any flare-ups while you glaze the tails. Once coated in flavor, pull the tails off and dive right in!
