Seared tuna has slowly turned into one of my favorite dishes (a surprise for those who think I only love beef!).
A beautiful crispy crust on the outside with a nice tender center, this garlic-crusted tuna with avocado salsa is the jam. When shopping for tuna, make sure you snag a high-quality fish.
