  • About

Strawberries and pomegranate have a wonderful affinity for each other, and in combination they make a delicious preserve to serve on toast, yogurt, or labneh. Unlike traditional preserves, which are cooked down with lots and lots of sugar and pectin, these are thickened with chia seeds and have only a touch of added sweetener, so it’s not only a beautiful color, it’s a healthy indulgence. Note, however, that the jam must be stored in the refrigerator and used within a week or two.
