Method

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor with ½ cup [120 ml] of water. Purée until smooth and thick, adding more water, 1 Tbsp at a time, until it is as thick as you want. It should be thick enough to coat a spoon but thin enough to drizzle. Taste and add more salt if needed.
