Cardamom-Spiced Chicken Kebabs

Cardamom is a lovely spice that is primarily appreciated for its use in baking and sweets. In the Middle East it is often used as an accent in savory blends. Here, just a touch of cardamom helps bring together the flavors of cumin, coriander, and garlic. The Green Zhug echoes the same flavor notes and brings the heat in a serious way!
