Tahini is used in myriad ways in Middle Eastern cooking, but there is so much more that can be done with it beyond sauces and hummus. Here, tahini and date syrup (traditionally used as a breakfast spread) combine for a decadent, dairy-free dessert with a deep, dark chocolate flavor. Use the best-quality, thickest nut milk you can find; it will make a much richer finished product.
