We developed this stuffing as a side dish for the store’s holiday menu, and we sell many trays of it each Thanksgiving. Here I’ve adapted it as a one-skillet comfort meal using chicken pieces. It has all the flavors of a holiday dinner but is easy enough to pull together on a weeknight. It looks especially nice made in a cast iron skillet.
