So pretty, so delicate, these pink puffs are an unexpected and elegant addition to a bridal shower dessert tray or wrapped up for a Valentine’s Day treat. They are also lovely in a cup of hot chocolate.
Spray a 9 by 13 in [23 by 33 cm] baking pan with nonstick cooking spray and dust with ¼ cup [30 g] of the confectioner’s sugar. Don’t dump out the excess sugar; just leave it in the pan.
