These are a huge hit in my house. The kids can’t get enough of them. Luckily they’re simple enough to make using everyday ingredients, so I’ll often make them without any pre-planning as a welcomed surprise lunch or snack. I find they are a great tool for homework bribery!
Once cooked, the samosas can be served hot or cold, as a snack, starter, lunch with chutney and raita, or as an accompaniment to a curry feast.
