I should warn you now – these crackers are very hard to stop nibbling on. However, the warning comes with a positive note as they are so good for you it really shouldn’t matter as they are packed full of nutrient-rich seeds and healthy oils. Aside from eating on their own, they make a great starter or lunchtime snack served with this family friendly creamy tuna spread and tangy pickled cucumber.
