Oh hello… this is what I call comfort food. Eating a bowl of this is like getting a big hug from your loved ones. Rich, delicately coco-nutty and oh so creamy, you will not want this to end. Serve, as I have, with some sliced or diced mango and pineapple, lime zest, toasted coconut flakes and a spoon of coconut yoghurt for a tropical touch, or simply a big dollop of raspberry jam in the middle (try Chia-Berry Jam) for a more classic rice pudding-style dess
