Oh wow – I have to say these are utterly delicious and really easy to make. I’ve even won my son Olly over with this recipe, who claims not to like sausage rolls. He’ll ask for these most weekends. Luckily, they freeze really well, so when I make a batch, I’ll freeze a few before they go in the oven, baking from frozen and adding on an additional 10 minutes of cooking time.
