Not quite a bread or a pastry, these light and fluffy cheesy twirls are very hard to resist. I like to serve them with a bowl of soup or a tomato-based stew, but they’d be just as good served with some salad or on their own as a snack or sharing starter. If blue cheese isn’t your thing, then have a play around with other soft cheeses. These are best eaten the day that they are made.
