I love eating sourdough, but seldom have the patience for the full processes involved. So, I had a play around with various quick versions and finally came up with this recipe. The flavour and texture are fantastic – the main difference is that it does contain some yeast, which real sourdough doesn’t, but if you are impatient like me, I highly recommend giving this a go.
